“This is a gem located on the Trinity river. The room was spacious as was the bathroom. The kitchen included everything normally needed. There was a picnic table and weber grill on every patio, a fire ring to relax by, and plenty of room to walk around the property by the river. Staff were super friendly and professional.”

“The cabins are pretty sparse, but they have everything you need. Property Management was very friendly and responsive in person and over Vrbo IM. This place kind of reminds me of when you went to camp in 5th grade, or on a vacation with your parents and you can just walk around and see a bunch of other families hanging out and stuff. They have the game room and mini golf and the river and lots of activities. Good experience.”

Amazing hospitality from Don, Julia and all the Strawhouse team. We stayed in the yurt. What a fun experience. It was cozy and well appointed. This area along the Trinity River is so beautiful. ”
