"This house was exactly as advertised. Spacious and serene with magnificent views. Perfect for our family vacation. We spent our days in Hollywood, Universal and the beaches, but had a nice quiet escape at the and of the day. Hosts were terrific; communicative and an easy check in. We were actually booked for another home that was unavailable and instead of canceling us, they upgraded us to this property. Highly recommend."

The property is well located for all of the activities that we had planned which included Universal Studios, Griffith Observatory, Getty Museums, Reagan Library, Hollywood Tours, etc. Improvement suggestions include: Should have written instructions for Heating and A/C, Television and Entertainment Center, Pool Heater, etc. Listing should explain that Tennis Court and Workout room are located at top of hill and require a walk up. "Replace head boards and foot boards. Remotes didn’t work for the Fan. I had to go downstairs to get batteries for the Roku remote. Nice size spiders came out in the bathroom. Shampoo and body wash pumps did not work. But I would stay again. Little fixes. "

The view from the balcony was AMAZING - my son and I sat out there for about 2 hours just chatting and admiring the view of downtown LA as well as the hollywood hills themselves. Location? GREAT! But what put it a step above was the host. Sam was so nice, super communicator, gave awesome recommendations on where to eat, replied to messages super quickly. We really enjoyed it."
