Loved the breakfast. Fantastic! Staff cordial, place is friendly and clean. Location was difficult to get to from train station. The building felt like a hostel. Needed a working restaurant; had to go out for dinner and lunch. No English channels provided; at least a news station would have felt inclusive.

It’s a shame a hotel like Niu have such a poor customer service. I got ignored at the front desk because the two guys behind the counter had to finish a very important t conversation about a shirt and when I interrupted them, they looked very offended.

Das Hotel ist sicherlich noch nicht so alt. Dieses erkennt man am wirklich gutem Zustand. Es gibt weder an den Zimmern noch am Personal etwas auszusetzen, Lediglich das Frühstücksbuffet könnte noch erweitert werden (kein Rührei, Spiegelei und auch kein Bacon, Wurst und Käseauswahl dürfte etwas abwechslungsreicher sein). Ansonsten ist das Frühstück wirklich gut (guter Kaffee, lecker frisches Brot). Unterm Schnitt also ein ordentliches Frühstück. Uns hat es insgesamt gut gefallen.

Das Hotel passt sich gut in die Stadtansicht ein. Gut gefiel, der Anreiz des Getränkes, wenn nicht täglich gereinigt werden soll. Weniger gut war die deutlich geringere Frühstücksauswahl an einem Wochentag im Gegensatz zum Wochenende/Feiertag.

schönes Hotel mit allem was man braucht. Bahnhof ist in direkter Nähe, Sanssouci fussläufig in einer knappen dreiviertel Stunde erreichbar. Gern wieder.

Sehr schönes, neues Hotel, sehr sauber.... Einfach alles zum Wohlfühlen Frühstück ist in Ordnung, noch ein wenig ausbaufähig.... Man sollte mal über Rührei oder vielleicht ein wenig Schinken nachdenken. Das ist aber meckern auf hohem Niveau. ! Super mit dem Parkhaus! Innenstadt und Hafen in wenigen Minuten erreichbar.... Einfach Klasse!
