I like the location. The rooms are very clean. However, they don’t even have water in bottles in rooms, and it was very hot. In previous years these hotels had newspapers but not now. Also breakfast buffet is more simple; no white cheese (quark), not nice quality of fruits, no snacks or dinning in the afternoon. Some people in the reception not very helpful.

Nice located hotel but need sound proofing room
I got the room facing the road and throughout the night I heard loud sound of traffic and sirens. I think the windows need sound proofing.

This hotel is super-convenient to the Berlin Hbf—barely a 5 minute walk. Property is rather new with a "hipster" vibe - I really liked it. This is my second stay in the Motel One chain here in Germany and I recommend them highly

Excellent lcoation for transport and central area. Hauptbanhof 4 mins walk with S/U bahn and airport trains. Hotel is spotlessly clean, rooms are very good and the bar area is excellent. Staff very helpful and friendly.

Excellent stay for the week. Great location next to the central station. Room was on the smaller side but had everything you need and was very clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. Bar great although they did struggle with service on one night but it was very busy. Overall a great, enjoyable stay and would highly recommend.

One night in Berlin!
Hotel was excellent. A lovely welcome from Andrew when we arrived very early off our train...and he was from our home town in Scotland!! The room was super clean, with a great view from the 10th floor. Perhaps one small improvement would be to have coffee/tea facilities in the room, but it certainly wasn't a negative.
