The hotel is a convenient walking distance from the airport terminal 1. I was worried about dinner options but the hotel’s restaurant had delicious options for reasonable prices. The staff was also kind in suggesting food options for my mom who has dietary restrictions.

Air conditioner not working, room changed, same problem, air conditioner not working again, the light in the room out, we asked for compensation for the 3 guests for inconveniences, we were denied. Horrible customer service.

The rooms are immaculate. The part that was most frustrating after extended travel is an early check-in is 30 euros for a room that is already cleaned and ready to go.

A restless stay
Clean hotel and a friendly, professional staff; there is easy access to terminals 1 and 2. We only stayed overnight on an 8-hour layover, so we were very tired and only wanted to sleep. Unfortunately, the temperature was extremely warm in the room and throughout the building, so we had a very restless, uncomfortable stay.

If you arrived in berlin after long flight its the best option to rest fast just across from the terminal and you are in bed

Wanted to go to the gym and was told when my key didn’t work I needed to pay 15eur to access it. No mention of payment required when making booking and no mention the night before when asking about gym opening hours. I would have booked a different hotel if I knew I had to pay extra to use gym facilities as it is important for me to exercise after flights due to health issues. Should be clear on website that payment is required to use facilities listed. Staff not helpful and just told me manager wouldn’t arrive till 9am which was too late.

An excellent place to stay, I would happily recommend it for others. The staff were all helpful and the food is great and its position is brilliant if you are having a short visit to Berlin. Its really easy to reach Berlin centre from here and just as easy to get back using the S-Bahn

The food was excellent and the staff incredibly helpful. Even being so close to the airport I slept soundly with no disruptions. I wiould happily recommend this hotel adn would happily come again should I visit Berlin

Great location. Easy walk into the terminal or to the train station. The room was stylish, simple, clean, and the beds were comfortable. I'd stay here again especially if I had an early flight.

Overnight stay for an early morning flight
Hotel itself was very clean, very close to the Terminal. Very modern. Room was tiny, had two single beds and no space to even open a suitcase. Staff did not explain that a room key/card is required to ride on an elevator until I went and asked if the elevator is actually working.
