Having access to a little kitchen was perfect. The windows was directly in a inner courtward with no protection on it, so we didnt felt safe leave anything of value in the room. Also the construction right next to us in the morning was not the most pleasant

Zimmer nur auf Bildern schön, Reservation wurde nicht wie auf Buchungsplattform übernommen. Gebucht war mit Frühstück, ebenso Bezahlung vor Ort. Bei Ankunft musste das Frühstück separat bezahlt werden, zwei Zimmer konnten nicht auf dieselbe Rechnung verbucht werden, Preis wurde im Vorfeld direkt von Karte abgebucht, obwohl Zahlung vor Ort durch Buchungsplattfortm bestätigt wurde. Personal spricht entweder kein Deutsch oder versteht deutsche Begriffe/Wortsinne nicht. Kunde wird abgekanzelt. Seit 30 Jahren bin ich Weltweit wegen Arbeit oder Urlaub in Hotels unterwegs, aber so etwas kundenfeindliches habe ich noch nicht erlebt.

Direkt nach Betreten des Zimmers abgereist. Hotel erinnert an Stunden Zimmer, alles quietscht und man hörte Schritte aus dem Nachbarzimmer wie poltern. Gruselig... beim check in wird man vorab darauf hingewiesen, dass es ab und zu zu Stromausfällen kommt und wen man anrufen soll?!?!
