Nice place..public transportation close by..clean and excellent service..maybe avoid booking room with view on the street, a bit noisy..nice stores and bar near..finally some issues with the door acess..but on the whole nice place to stay

Too notch service; very accommodating staff, beautiful premises, brand new, nice communal areas, beautiful walk on the river bay. Not immediately next to cafes etc of interest but easy walking distance (300-400 metres) to large transit station and area with restaurants etc. Nice light breakfast. Def would stay again.

Ich hatte ein Zimmer für 4 Nächte. Die Unterkunft ist neu und bei meiner Buchung auch recht preiswert für rd 50€ pro Nacht. Es gibt eine kleine Küche im Zimmer, formal alles nett. Aber: - das Zimmer wurde nicht einmal während der 4 Tage gereinigt, trotz mehrfacher Nachfrage. - es gab nur auf mehrmalige Nachfrage frische Handtücher - der Kühlschrank brummt so, dass ich ihn nachts ausschalten musste - die Federkernmatratze ist dünn und man spürt jede Feder. - der Fernseher funktionierte nicht, man konnte nur filme und PayTV sehen, aber kein ARD etc. - die Rezeption ist nur bis 22 Uhr besetzt - die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption sprechen kaum deutsch. Es sieht alles stylisch aus, aber im Detail ein schlechter Service. Mehr als 2 Tage würde ich nicht bleiben wollen.

Sauber, praktisch, schnell und neuwertig. Sehr gut ausgestattete Zimmer - in meinem Fall mit Küche. Zentral zu S-Bahn Ostkreuz, eine Haltestelle bis zur Warschauer Straße und man steht mitten im Leben und Trubel von Berlin. Einziges Manko am Badezimmer - keine Ablagen, extrem puristisch. Das Zimmer ist mit einer Kapselmaschine ausgestattet, für einen ordentlichen Kaffee hat das nicht gereicht. Sonst fünf Sterne - da alles neu und sehr sauber.

Sehr zufrieden, sehr sauber, sehr nettes Personal. Ich hatte ein Zimmer in Richtung Straße/Bahn. Wenn das Fenster zu ist, dann ist nichts zu hören. Mit offenem Fenster allerdings viel zu laut.
