The hotel staff were excellent. They were prompt, efficient, accommodating, and even fun to be around. I accidentally broke something in the shower, and they had it repaired before we returned at the end of the day. They all seemed genuinely happy that we spent six nights there. I had to work a little each day, and the staff were great about finding me the quiet spaces I needed to work. They had good suggestions about what to do. We liked the restaurant in the hotel that we ate there twice. I recommend the hotel enthusiastically.

Fantastic stay. Great with families (we got an easter pack for our little one. Excellent location, very comfortable bedding, fantastic facilities. Can recommend the breakfast, the grill, the cakes at the bar. I missed the hotdog place due to opening hours. The best? The staff. Special shoutout to Julia K at reception and the restaurant supervisor at breakfast- I missed his name (he has slick back hair)but I swear he spoke all the languages and offered such a great welcome.

Great location, but below average service for a 5-star hotel. At 11am, waiters would pull our breakfast plates away from our hands in a rude way in the lounge, staff entered the room at night twice by mistake believing we ordered room service who h we didn’t- had to put the key lock on to avoid staff entering our room while we were sleeping (crazy!!), most times when we called reception, nobody answered. When I asked for s rest in the lounge as my 5-years old didn’t want to come upstairs and I wanted to bring water downstairs, I was told that common practice is that every guest must come upstairs to the longer and they cannot get me a tray. The restaurant downstairs was completely empty while a queue of 20+ people waited to be seated and the waiters didn’t tend to them. I can go on and on. We stayed several times over the past 8 years at the hotel. Because of the location. But the hotel desperately needs new management and new staff.

This hotel is in the perfect location to walk to many if Berlin's main attractions such the Brandenburg Gate, Victory Column, Checkpoint Charlie and the Christmas Market! The staff are all incredibly friendly and welcoming. There is an excellent hotel bar and a famous hot dog place in the hotel itself! Overall, a great stay and would definitely stay here again!

Had a lovely stay, the staff were all very friendly and we had a great family visit to Berlin. Swimming pool was a little cold and there weren't enough seats around the edge so we didn't stay in there long.
