Pool open May 18! Sawyer retreat with room for your extended family - this updated home is close to everything - Warren Dunes Beach, adorable Harbor Country towns, wineries, breweries shopping, outdoor activities, etc. Good luck getting anyone to leave - Red Arrow Lodge has it all - heated outdoor pool open from May to September 18 (above ground but not trashy), fire pit, natural gas grill, and three decks to lounge about and enjoy a fenced-in yard set in the woods.

Over 2,500 square feet, the home is on two levels allowing for privacy if sharing between families.

Inside on lower level, large family room with entertainment area includes large-screen TV, Play Station 4, board games and more. Bedroom on this level contains two queen-sized beds. Sectional has queen-sized pull-out mattress for an additional sleeping option. Full bath on this floor plus laundry room.

On top floor, newly-remodeled kitchen,plus dining area seats 8 with additional seating at counter. Three bedrooms on this level - one contains king-sized bed, another with queen, another with full bed. Full bath plus half bath. Well-appointed living room on this floor is perfect for additional entertainment.

Kitchen stocked with dishware, silverware, plasticware, cookware - all the wares. We love coffee, so there is grinder, French press, espresso machine, Keurig, drip brewer, milk frother and teapot. Spices and condiments available for cooking amazing meals in a newly-updated kitchen. Other small appliances include blender, crock pot, toaster.

Girls Weekend
My friends and I took a long weekend together and our stay was great at this property. Plenty of room for the 6 of us. Beautiful wooded lot with firepit that we enjoyed! Great big kitchen with everything you need to cook wonderful meals. Drank wine, played cards, watched football, shopped the antique markets along Red Arrow Hwy. Mary is a great hostess and very communicative!

Mary was very helpful. 2nd time staying at this home and we loved it. Close to other cities. The heated pool was very enjoyable. Wish there was a sidewalk to the state park. It's literally a 5 min drive; if that. House has everything you need. We've told all our friends about the location and the house. Can't wait to go back!

Exceeded Expectations
This was our first year vacationing with our pup and the accommodations couldn’t have worked out better for our family. It was a luxury to be able to let the pup out into the safely fenced yard as needed. On top of that, the house was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. There are a lot of little things that can be frustrating when doing short term rentals but none of those were an issue here—large, new washing machine and dryer, an outdoor grill with natural gas hookup, plenty of towels and other necessities (luggage racks! so helpful!). We can’t wait to return next summer. Thank you, Mary!

This was our second stay here---the best value for your dollar in the area, hands down. Beautiful property, right by the state park and quick drives away from New Buffalo and St. Joseph. We love it here.

This was a family trip, with 4 adults, 1 toddler, 1 infant and 2 dogs. My wife and I also celebrated our 37th wedding anniversary during our stay. We took full advantage of the many areas of the home, both inside and out, especially the pool, fire pit, back deck and front porch. We enjoyed several outings to wineries, a brewery, coffee shop, the Lake at Warren Dunes State Park, a farm (picked berries), hiking and many other places during the week. Took full advantage of the very well stocked kitchen and didn't bother to turn on a television one time. It was just that much fun, mixed with relaxing and adventures.

Celebrating 50 with the family
We stayed to celebrate my parents 50th wedding anniversary along with my 50th birthday. Wink wink. They were married 50 years in January and my brother and I purchased this June getaway for them. It just so happened to fall on my 50th birthday weekend so we celebrated that as well. The property was beyond expectation everything we needed was there and Mary was very responsive and answering any and all questions my parents were so impressed when they arrived that they called Mary right away to express their pleasure with the residence

The CCC weekend

Amazing break from the city!
My friends and our dogs had the BEST stay. It was beautiful, clean, comfortable - perfect vacation!! The pool was amazing and the yard was full of beautiful, mature trees, it felt like a secret forest! The fence was tall and very well maintained. There was a fire pit with plenty of chairs and the yard was large! Could not be a better escape from Chicago! Plus the owner was super responsive and extremely nice. Thanks for a great stay!

Fantastic Family Week
2 grandparents , 4 parents, one 3 year old and two 1 year olds. We had a blast! From the moment I booked, Mary was responsive and I could tell she wanted our family to have a great experience . She answered my many questions and was always prompt . The first day we were there, we had some air conditioning problems and she and her husband worked very hard to get repairmen there with it 24 hours … I loved that there is a finished basement with a huge bedroom full bath and a huge laundry room. One family stayed down there and that helped so much with all the baby nap schedules . We had plenty of bath towels and plenty of beach towels - all supplied by the host. We cooked all meals but one in the kitchen - gas stove made all the difference ! Plenty of room in the living room for all three kids to play while we made breakfast . Our main fun at the house was the backyard pool ( very clean and 85 degrees!) it has its own fence and locked gate which made it safe for our babies - all of us loved swimming in that pool anytime we get like it! The fire pit in the woods behind the pool was a hang out two nights for us - hotdogs and s’mores … all the trees were so beautiful. The entire place is fenced in which made it safe for our golden retriever. The two tiered deck off the house was great for gathering in the morning with coffee - or dinner on the large outdoor table . The front porch is adorable —-most mornings were spent there with coffee and little ones playing cars. The basketball net was a hit with my son in law…. There are several bikes and pool floats if you would need them. We didn’t bike bc of all the babies. I timed the drive from the driveway of this home to the entrance of Warren Dunes and it was exactly 30 seconds! No lie ! We bought the annual state park pass for each of our cars ( only $36) so we could come and go from the beach all we wanted - that was definitely worth the price. For groceries we ran to the fruit market which was one minute down the road and to Hardings grocery store in Bridgman for staples . I can’t say enough good things about this property for our family’s needs. The only thing We wish it had was a neighborhood to take walks in with the dog and the strollers. But everything else was fabulous !

Overall good experience
The pool and location are awesome. One downside was the amount of crickets and bugs that were in the basement. But that is expected being the the woods! The owner was very communicative, let us know when the power would be back on after a big storm went through and knocked it out. For the price we were hoping the bathrooms were a little more up to date but overall we had a good time and the pool was a great addition to our trip!

Perfect for people & puppies!
This place was perfect for 6 adults & 4 dogs. We had so much fun in the pool & at the firepit. The doggos just ran and played freely in the large fenced area. The basement is setup nicely with a very large bedroom, 2 beds, a family room area, bathroom & laundry area with walkout basement to allow for some separate areas for families. Everything you need for the pool, the beach and other family fun is already at the house! Great location with quaint little town & beach and dunes close. Mary was very responsive to questions & accommodating. Highly recommend this stay.

The Lodge is AMAZING!
We stayed for a week with our 15 year old son and 2 dogs! This vacation home is fantastic! We all loved the pool and our dogs were free to explore in the HUGE fenced in backyard! Our son spent a lot of time shooting baskets and playing the PS4Pro. We had everything we needed to cook meals and we couldn't believe toiletries were even provided! The multiple options for coffee makers were great! We checked out the local eateries Cubbies, Romas (pizza), Song Asian (sushi), Galley Grill (breakfast), Emma's Market (pizza), Black Currant Baked Goods, Oinks (ice cream), Redamaks (burgers), and of course Sawyer Market for all kinds of goodies! We LOVED being only minutes from Warren Dunes and Weko Beach was also beautiful! We even went to Celebration Cinemas which wasn't far to catch a movie! It was a fantastic place to just unwind and have a good time with family! There is plenty of room and the beds are comfy! We will be returning to the Lodge in Sawyer!

Very Relaxing Stay and Beautiful Fall Foliage
We had a fantastic time and highly recommend her wonderful home! The neighborhood is very quiet and the back yard is peaceful and the leaves on all of the trees were changing colors so it was great to spend time on the deck taking in the scenery and watching our pups explore the yard. There are also multiple parks and preserves nearby we visited and the breadth of restaurants and cafes enhanced our stay even further. Many thanks to Mary for her fantastic home and generous hospitality!

Lovely property! I imagine the big draw in the warmer months is the pool, but we had a great time inside and out even in the cooler seasons after the pool was closed. Excellent location to a number of great areas. Very well-stocked kitchen, and very clean and sanitary condition overall. Would be happy to stay here again!

Blended & blessed getaway
We have a blended family and wanted to get away someplace close with our children and grandchildren. This was perfect! Plenty of room for all of us. It was warm enough for the pool and dunes which is so close we also enjoyed going there a day. Dinges Farm was fun. We shopped @ the Lighthouse Outlet Mall. The nights were nice and cool so we were able to enjoy the fire pit and cook s’mores. This house is loaded with all you needed! Mary is an amazing Host!
