Home On The River

Start your vacation in the heart of South-Haven with our quaint, river-front marina vacation home, with access to Lake Michigan! A short walk, bike, car, or a boat ride will take you to all the local restaurants, depot, boutiques, and the popular river bars, Captain Lou's, Admiral Jack's, and the Idler.

Take a swim in Lake Michigan or layout at the beautiful beaches, North or South beach, where you can rent kayaks or paddle boards. Be sure to catch the farmers market on Saturdays after enjoying a walk on the Kal-Haven trail, a minute away from the property.

Our quaint home offers a large deck for you to enjoy coffee or cocktails as boaters go by; a galley kitchen, a living room with a pull-out couch; one full bathroom, a larger room with a queen bed, and one small room with twin beds. In addition, guests have access to adjoining properties with a tiki bar, fire pit, and pole barn featuring pool, darts, and a ping-pong table.

Short end of summer stay
Loved this location, walked and biked to town and on Kal Haven trail which is just down the street from house; great back patio on the river for meals and games, watching the boats go by. Owners very accommodating for our pups to join us as well. Will definitely return!

Peacefully Perfect!
Location on the river was perfect for our family of six (adult children and significant others). Check in was seamless and contactless. We spent time in the pole barn next door enjoying the ping pong, pool table and dart board. Kitchen amenities came in handy and were well maintained. Beds were comfortable. Easy walk to downtown and returning to the tranquility of the house on the river was the perfect end to an evening.

The Best Rental
This was the very best experience I’ve had renting a property. The owners went so above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Everything was simple, the location was perfect and the neighbors were a delight. Cannot wait to stay here again!

All the amenities
The owners have done so much to ensure we had a great stay. There is a fixed up shed next door with pool, shuffle board, ping pong, foosball, a boxing bag, bathroom and a bar. There is also an additional building with a bar, tv and a great view of the river. There was no shortage of activities to keep out teen occupied. Owner was beyond helpful and personable. The house is pending some updates, but still had everything we needed and was very clean. The location was great, not a far bike or car ride from downtown. It was nice to have a boat slip outside out door too… owner was helpful in getting a slip. Would definitely recommend. Will be back.
