Listing isn’t as described….
First off the host is decently nice! The property is absolutely not as described. The listing states “air condition” there is a small window unit in the living room. There is zero central air or units in the bedrooms.
Small bugs in the first bedroom. Ant invasion in the bathroom! Zero trash in bathroom, which is bothersome as a woman.
Was told ubering to the local “Blue Dress Barn shouldn’t be a problem” but it was! Getting an Uber anywhere was an absolute nightmare.
Neighbor is probably a member of the Clampett family!
My biggest complaint is the listing states wheelchair or handicap suitable. There is a slope in the main room that your wheelchair will continuously roll down. That is if you are able to wheel yourself up the 3 front door steps as there is no ramp. You will need to get out of your wheelchair to get into the bathroom because the entry space between the bath and washing area isn’t big enough.
Overall, if you need additional accommodations, like a wheelchair, this isn’t for you.
My husband ended up booking a local hotel that had accommodations for me.
I did message the host telling her about the bugs and ubering situation and was told “sorry it didn’t work out”.
