“This was such a cute studio apartment, the room was clean and the amenities were perfect. If you are looking for somewhere to stay near Monterey and Santa Cruise this is perfect. Settled about halfway between both cities this is a beautiful spot just a couple of minutes away from the ocean. The hosts were kind enough to provide a state park pass for the weekend and my husband and I were able to go to sunset beach for a few hours as well as a drive through the Redwoods. The only issue I have is saying place is ocean view is a bit of a stretch. You can see the ocean on the horizon through the trees etc. There is no real view. You will be in your car to go to beach and restaurants as its beyond what most people would walk. Its 30 plus minutes to walk to beach and if you wanted a chair or cooler or any such thing its……
