The residents in the apartment above us were quite noisy into after midnight and they had a dog that barked and cried when they left it alone. Overall though this place is a good place to stay."

"This is our second time staying here, and it won’t be the last! The location is perfect, walking distance to the boardwalk, beach, and all kinds of stuff to do. The outdoor area is so nice, and the place is the perfect fit for our family of 4! Plus the kids (ages 6 and 4) love the trundle beds. The beach tags and the two parking spaces are the icing on the cake! We’re already looking forward to our return!"

"We had a wonderful vacation. The place was beautiful well equipped and convenient. Owner was very responsive. Drawback for us which I didn't anticipate was the step stairs to get to the unit. My wife has mobility problems and she limited the number of times up and down. That was our issue and my oversight not a problem with the owner. We would stay again if we could."

"Upon approaching the property, I was a little put off. The bushes are overgrown, and the unit is in desperate need of a paint job. The front steps were wet, though it hadn’t rained . The AC unit in the front window is loud, rusty, and covered with a towel. I took the towel off and realized it was there for a reason. It spews water everywhere. Explains why everything was wet. Honestly, I was a little embarrassed that this is where I was bringing my family. But, a pleasant surprise awaited inside....

"We came down for a short stay to celebrate our son's match day and this suited our family perfectly. The home is well laid out and equally well appointed. Eveything we needed was included. We hosted a small dinner party for family and friends. It worked nicely. Having the property owner/ manager onsite in the house across from the pool was convenient. Should we have needed something, he was right there."
