“We had been to the hotel about 10yrs ago and loved it & on my husband's 45th birthday this wkend, decided to go again. Such a terrible decision on my part. The greatness and standards of the hotel had dropped significantly that i am appalled it has the rating it sits with! We did not receive the pincode for accessing the game lodge.
