"I just returned back Memorial Day. Very nice property & smelled very nice all through out property even elevator was clean. I had my own parking spot that came included and property is great location. Wynwood area has lots to offer. My only complaint would be the water pressure in the shower and a tight squeeze entering ramp. Overall it gave an upscale vibe. Beautiful patio and would definitely return highly recommend."

"We were expecting an efficiency room. When we walked in, it was a one and half bath, one bedroom apartment. The full kitchen with blender, toaster and all the utensils was absolutely wonderful. We loved that in the closet was large beach towels, beach chairs (with built in coolers) and a beach umbrella. It took us under a minute to walk to the beach, which was super nice. This property is in North Hollywood, almost to Dania Beach. South Hollywood beach and Dania Beach were both super packed,...
