"I thought the staff was excellent!! Very friendly & helpful. The bathtub is dangerous to stand in and take a shower. It’s very slippery, and getting out without anything other than a glass door that is bit sucre and moves is not good. My bed was made, but noticed someone else’s hair was still on the sheets with some dead insects. Last but not least, the chemical odor in the hallway is horrible. Not sure how they can’t smell that and not get sick from it."

One window did not have a heavy curtain to keep out the light, so I tried to shut the shutters which did not work. The room had one lightbulb out that never got replaced. "A great hotel to stay at to explore Verona! An easy 20min walk to the historic centre. The room was incredible, and the shower was really nice as well. My only complaint was that the room Wifi was so poor I couldn't even check emails, so I had to use data during the duration of my stay. Would stay again!"
