“This is a beautiful home. Debora was very attentive when there was a slight problem with the A/C unit. Within 30 minutes of me contacting her, the maintenance person was on site correcting the issue. We would definitely stay here again if we are in the area. Great game room and media room. “What can I say on first arrival the house was beautiful and perfect for our holiday. Everything was as described clean and tidy. If I was to have one negative say it was the location as you need to drive to get anywhere which is normal for USA which is fine but the I4 is always bumper to bumper so takes a little longer to get to Orlando than stated but saying that I’m glad it is where it is cause you don’t get all the hustle and bustle of Orlando. “It was a very clean house, it had almost everything we needed. It had some issues with the AC, we couldn’t control the temperature inside of the house. They probably had a preset on the thermostat. Also, only one shower was working properly. The shower handle in the hallway bathroom is slightly broken. The other shower was very tiny, and had some issues with water control, it was either hot or cold water and you couldn’t make it warm. The drain also didn’t work properly was the water didn’t go……

“The house itself was very nice and shown as listed. Only thing I would recommend is them having someone deep clean the entire home like even the ceilings and the outside area by the pool. The house is older and you can tell upon first entering the home because it has this strong smell of "oldness". We ended up buying some candles to make the house smell somewhat decent. The pool area is nice but there's spider webs that needs to be cleared. Other than that, the house was nice!”

“Loved the 2nd full fridge in the garage. Loved the extra long dining table. Very nice decor and enjoyable rec rooms in loft and garage. Would update the bedroom descriptions- confusing because the flamingo room is a Mickey Mouse room and to clarify the bunk beds are full size. We were surprised the A/C was locked on 72°. That is hot and humid in FL. Highly recommend installing ceiling fans in each bedroom.”
