“We stayed in mid May, 2024, guests were myself, my wife, and our dog. This cabin was fantastic for our trip to the Keweenaw peninsula. It feels very private, you have tons of space, the property is gorgeous, and it's an easy drive into town for meals in the evening or supplies. The sauna was a particular treat! We really enjoyed staying here and would absolutely stay again if we're ever back in the area!”

“Overall the house was decent. Very spacious and sprawling. There was no possible way we would have been able to fit sled trailers there, although told we could, 3 trucks didn’t even fit comfortably. Cleanliness could have been better. Bathrooms were “old dirt” dirty. Kitchen was pretty bad especially the fridge/ freezer. Biggest disappointment was no functioning hot tub. It had been broken over a year but still listed as an amenity. That said, we would possibly stay again- but not if planning a……

“Great stay during Graduation weekend! Location was good and had beautiful views. Kitchen had all we needed to cook dinners and living area gave us plenty of room to hang out. Beds were very comfy! Be aware that there are no closets in any of the bedrooms. Good water pressure in the showers. Had an small issue with cleanliness in the kitchen but property manager was quick to respond and apologize. Overall good stay.”

“This cozy log home was the perfect setting to visit our tech students and enjoy the beautiful UP in the winter. It was a bit of a drive to places, but we knew this going in and found the seclusion relaxing. Lots of space, comfy seating, and warm wood burning stove made the living space perfect for our big group. Lots of bedrooms gave us all our private space as well. “Beautiful property outside of Houghton with lovely outdoor seating to enjoy nature. House was very clean and well equipped. You are a bit out of town. The listing says Atlantic Mine, but it seems more like Liminga area so plan to drive 15 minutes to restaurants and groceries. The exception was Schmidt's Corner which is 2 miles away and good for dinner and drinks. Overall enjoyable stay.”
