Moose Hotel And Suites
4.0 star property
9.4 out of 10, Exceptional, 2,111 reviews
"Loved this property. You can walk through all of downtown Banff perfectly from this location. Quiet and clean. Bed was super comfy. Rooms are very large. Staff is great. Lots of perks like free parking and bus pass. The rooftop has 2 hot tubs that are clean and comfortable. The indoor pool is a bit smaller than I’m used to but it’s still a great perk. Would stay here again. "

"I believe your experience will not be the same if you dont stay at Fairmont Banff. The view from our room was worth it alone. Fantastic service. Easy walk or bus to town. Would recommend signing up for tours in advance. Better to join tours rather than renting a car and doing on your own. We also arranged a private tour which is a great option as well. Cant imagine any rating less than a 5!"

"Close to everything. Room was clean every day. People were friendly. Lady at the desk helped us with one of our tours. Informed us where to go to get help. Felt bad she couldn't help us. We said you helped us very much. We walked to the place she told us and it was fixed. Rylee was outstanding at Brazen. A great asset to any company. He talked to us and asked what our plans were for the day. Made us feel like family. Tommy our waiter had our drinks for breakfast every day as soon as we...

"This was a great stay! Great location. Very walkable for shops and dining as well as hiking trail access right next to property. Staff was very helpful and pleasant. we did not eat in restaurant on site as there are so many options in town but did do Happy Hour in bar and it was very nice! They were in the midst of a huge remodel but our stay was not impacted, they are doing a great job managing it. They have a really nice spa with steam room and pool etc... I wish I had known about !
