"I'll be honest, staying in a tipi was not part of our vacation plans but when we realized we'd (ahem, I) hadn't booked accommodations for the following day we started looking on Vrbo and decided to turn our misadventure into an adventure. We visited in May when the evenings are still quite cool but between the fire pit, wood stove and chimnea enjoyed a comfortable and unique stay in a place we otherwise would never have visited. While in town we visited the local tavern which although smoky we found very friendly and our lunch from the adjoining "snack shack" was actually really good. We also managed a small profit on the in-bar video poker game. If I were forced to cite a negative it would be that you're quite close to other visitors staying in the tiny home or wagon. We got lucky and had no neighbors in the wagon and quiet neighbors in the tiny house but we were hoping for a bit more seclusion. On the other hand if you had a large group I think it'd be pretty cool to rent all three in which case you'd have the best of all worlds."

"Service was excellent. We ate dinner outside at a table they provided following swim in hot spring pool. That evening we sat around the fire sharing wine with other guests. It was an amazing experience."

"We stayed in a spacious and comfortable Airstream trailer. It had everything we needed and had a beautiful view! The Resort was very nice with pools and restaurants, too."

"Beautiful location. Our cabin was simple but adequate for our stay. Very nice pool area! Not too many food options in the immediate vicinity so best to be prepared and bring some of your own food and drinking water. We would stay here again! "

"I absolutely loved staying here. The host was attentive and so kind. I will definitely be staying here on a regular basis! If you are considering booking here, I would! I got very lucky to come out on a partially cloudy night because the stars were apparent, and I can’t imagine being there on a night with clear skies. 💕"

"Everything about the stay was 100% perfect, aside from the fact that children under age 12 were not allowed in the pool or hot tubs. This was a sad reality that we had heard about before we arrived, and which was confirmed to be a rigid policy after we arrived. This was naturally very frustrating for my almost-5 year old grandson, and for my 5 year old great-niece, seeing the rest of the entire family using the crystal clean pool and hot spring tubs every day. But it was not the policy nor fault of the host, who was extremely friendly and helpful throughout! Overall, just a truly wonderful, comfortable property that I would highly recommend! (and come back again, especially of the pool policy changes)"

"Nothing fancy about this place, but it was perfect for what we needed - just a nice simple place for a nights stay near Death Valley. Gazing at stars was nice - mostly dark around, just a handful of lights from the neighbors. The beds are comfortable. The blinds in the room do nothing to block out light, so it was very bright in the rooms as soon as the sun comes up."
