I loved having a washer/dryer in the apartment as well as a laundry room free of charge if needed. The view of the canals was amazing. "What are unique and fantastic, Steps from The tea make it very convenient. The lobby doubles ass coffee shop on one side and workspace meeting on the other full of life during the day to strike up conversation grab a coffee grab a beer. Hot tub and sauna on the roof convenient and clean. The rooftop restaurant is great option for dinner and drink. At the price point, I was not expecting that I got, It was a surprise and will stay again"
