Great place to go, pools are fantastic kids liked the games room, poolside cabins are great size and have gates on deck so little ones can't escape.

We were so warmly greeted on our arrival. Our cabana was situated between the games room / playground and the pool area, so perfect for our 3 kids. Surrounded by beautiful palms and so many birds. The cabana itself had everything we needed, it was clean and comfortable.

Cabana is too small for 6 people, place location is isolated good for relaxing but no activities around only limited activities, maybe good for oldies but not families with kids

Nice stay, not so far from Sydney!
Lovely cabins with pretty much everything that you need for a nice stay. Air con is just in the living room and only one room has a celling fan, so if you are coming with more than a couple, maybe consider to bring your own pedestal fan. Blinds in the rooms don't block much the sun, so it was a bit hard for ten kids to sleep. Other than that, all very good! From the pool facilities to the BBQ area and kids playground. Would come back again!

The cabana has very limited utensils in the kitchen, not all the lights work so it was vey dark inside the cabana, changing towels was very hard, we were told we couldn't get them change and the only option was to wash them so we had to pay $9 dollar in total to wash them and get them dry, then the following day a person came to offer us clean towels. The spa is very cold, it would be great if it was warmer. in general it was pretty average for all the amount of money we paid. I think we overpaid due to Covid-19. It certainly wasn't good value for the money we paid.

This facility is definitely a place we would book a future stay at if we visit the Avoca Beach area again. We had a want for nothing... it more than met our needs during our stay.

This lovely site has enough to keep families occupied with a fabulous pool, games room, and a great stock of DVD's and books. Staff very friendly, cabins are great - looking forward to returning.

pool was great, as was the laundry facility. but for the price we were dissapointed with the poor cleanliness, lack of appointment in the cabin and paid rec room activities & laundry. for the same price, book a 3 bed room in a hotel closer to the beach.

Accomodation was perfect for us as a young family our unit overlooked the playground so the adults could sit on balcony and relax while the kids played.. the pool was beautiful and is accomodating for little and big kids.. a beautiful property with faciloties that could not be faulted the staff were also amazing!

Service great and rooms are good BUT the cabins porches and bedroom windows are 3 metres apart and we had people talking and laughing till 3 in the morning 🙁 so little sleep but the place is quiet in general. In the middle of no where, but the place is good for couples. Hope this helps

A little gem on the Central Coast
The staff were very welcoming we could check in early. The accommodation had recently been decorated and was clean and fresh with a very comfortable bed.It is well equipped to cater for yourself if required . It is quite a walk to local restaurants and not sure I would want to walk at night. However the local Bowling Club offers a shuttle to and from the resort. The swimming pool area is fantastic .The only downside is that the wifi is not secure.

Pool and park is fantastic for the kids. Beds in the villa were surprisingly comfortable and nice cosy bedding. Not many negatives.. only that the floor in the villa needed a good mop! Our baby crawled around for 5 mins and his white socks had turned back. Highchair we borrowed was very dirty and smelt bad. Plus games in the games room were broken. But overall a great little escape with the kids :)

Great communication from The Palms prior to arrival. Spacious, clean villa with all amenities available for a self service stay including car parking. Lovely outdoor pool and hot tub area for guests with only a 5min drive to the beach

For a last minute booking, i cant complain.
Afforable, clean, well maintained resort. Lots of choices for the kids within the resort which is a must for them days when all you want to do is stay put and relax. Very impressed! Will be returning fir a longer stay.
