"This house was amazing - we had a family reunion of 14 people total, 8 adults and 6 kids (age range 5 to 13). The house was perfect, all the rooms and bathrooms were great, and the kitchen area was huge and contained everything we needed. Having the kids room on the garage level was also an added plus! Gorgeous views from the three outdoor decks, the garage fits three cars, and we used the two kayaks! The middle level with the three bedrooms, second living room, pool table and bar was...

"We loved the location and simplicity and comfort of this home. It was sunny and clean and spacious and so wonderful. It is so close to the beach, just a 2 minute walk but you don’t get the noise and disruption of foot traffic etc of actually being on the beach. There’s so much beach stuff in the garage-don’t bother bringing your own chairs and wagon (like we did!), sand toys and beach towels, a huge basket of board games upstairs. Check in was so easy-great communication and they delivered keys...

"Property is exceptionally clean. There is plenty of comfortable seating in the living and dining areas for the three bedrooms which is not always the case with vacation rentals. The beds were comfortable. Short walk to the beach and easy drive to SLO. Thanks for a nice family getaway!"
