This Single Family home has 3 bedrooms,2 full baths, kitchen, dining room, living room. Large deck for your outdoor enjoyment. Master bedroom with private bath, bedroom # 2 has 2 twin beds and bedroom # 3 has a bunk bed with a double bed on the bottom with a single bed on top. This property is a non smoking home.
This owner provides pillows, mattress pads, and quilts. Tenant is responsible for bringing linens which includes sheets, pillowcases, beach and bath towels. No beach equipment is included with the rental.
