"Great staffs, very polite, very respectful, very approachable, can’t complain. Guess it comes with the culture. Love the activities that are available. Learned a lot from the local staffs with the activities provided by the hotel. Coconut husking, coconut cream making, making head garlands, head bands, hats, sarong tying, dancing etc. Very fully equipped, table tennis, swimming pool, pool table and next to the beach. "

Water sports was available all day, you could use the paddle boards, kayaks, catamaran and there is also snorkelling available at all times without extra cost. "While the facilities in parts are a little old/dated, the staff are amazing plus location is awesome. We stayed in Deluxe Ocean Bure. Each day we would walk straight out front of our bure and into the fairly shallow coral reef and snorkel. Lots of colourful, beautiful sea life. Also used the free kayaks too. Very protected, easy access. When tide got low, we just walked back to nearby bure and had a hot outdoor shower. Perfect place to relax and unwind. Highly recommend. As mentioned...

"I called ahead of time to see if I could try to check in early and they said the earliest is 2:30pm. I got there at 2:45 and the room wasn’t ready even after the 3:00 check in time. So that was bust since I was already late to set up the room. Then on the first room the carpet felt wet and it seemed like the air condition wasn’t working properly. "5 stars all round! The staff are very helpful and go the extra mile to make sure your stay is as comfortable as possible. Awesome atmosphere. The bar and pool was my favourite place to be. Only downside was our aircon kept leaking however that could’ve been due to the humidity but it still didn’t put a damper on things. Thank you to all the staff. Definitely be back. "
