"This is our third stay with you. Everything was good, but the sink did not drain properly, and the toilet had something loose. The staff member in the breakfast area was friendly and greeted us, she had the items organized and the area was nice and clean."

"The woman that always works 3rd shift, I believe she’s from Indiana originally, but she’s always so helpful, and very polite. She has great customer service! Everytime I stay here we always arrive super late, and no matter the time shes always very welcoming and never seems grumpy unlike other hotels when you check in late the employee working the desk is typically always grouchy, but her and I wish I could think of her name, she deserves a shining star! "
