"Traveled to Kalamazoo for Orientation with my Daughter to attend Western Michigan University. I did some research on the best hotels here and Springhill Suites had the top review. They did not disappoint. Clean, Intimate and quiet. Breakfast, coffee and the Bartender was pleasent. Excellent Staff and I slept like a baby in the bed... Just hate that i didn't get a chance to sit in the sauna, lol... My hotel of choice for every visit here"

"This is our third stay with you. Everything was good, but the sink did not drain properly, and the toilet had something loose. The staff member in the breakfast area was friendly and greeted us, she had the items organized and the area was nice and clean."

"The room was very clean, updated, cool, comfortable. The first night we noticed our TV wasn’t working, and they had us in a new room within 20 minutes. The staff was very friendly and engaging…didn’t make you feel like they were being bothered. Overall it was a really pleasant experience. "
