Staff were helpful and polite. Room maintenance left something to be desired. One lamp was not working and coffee pods not replaced. Soap dispenser in bathroom empty but that was corrected quickly. Overall a good place to stay but not 5 stars. Convenient for International terminal at AKL.

Our favorite airport hotel. Every time we come to Auckland, we love spending part of our trip at this hotel. The facility is new and stylish. The people are very friendly and profesional. The food… oh goodness! Delicious 😋 This is best than many of the business lounges that we have been at. This was the perfect rest stop before flying and is a short walk from the airport. The staff were very accommodating and helpful. The rooms were modern and very clean so we had plenty of rest before our flight.
