Not what I expected at all . I have stayed at a Ramada before , it was Nothing like this one . This hotel gave me Motel vibes , if wasnt for other ppl with their children I would have not felt safe in totality. Bathroom tubs are disgusting especially shower linens . Bedding was old & made me feel scared like I can get bed bugs or something( thank god we didn’t ) , breakfast was the only thing that was worth it . Not to mention, I was told I had to pay a $50 deposit, I ended up using 2different cards & I Never got my deposit back it’s been almost 2weeks .

Booking was originally good but there were no full towels or wash clothes staff was rude when asking and they never brung any until I was checking out lucky I had got some from somewhere else but they did serve breakfast the in the morning other than that they need to clean rooms properly it was hair in tub and sink

Bathroom tub was super dirty. I always clean but i had to scrub. Things were dusty. Mayor leak by window in room 403 and buckets all over property due to many water leaks. Called room service twice no towels. Tv kept turning off. Poor wifi. Toilet was not flushing ended up switching rooms. No assistance super inconvenient to switch rooms. Low in staff. Property looked old and not appealing to the eye. Beds were comfortable. Quiet floor. Near many stores and food places. Won't recommend if staying with kids. Just not worth the low price. Elevators worked fine.

The hotel was so bad that I literally left after seeing the room. Staff was completely useless and rude. One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. I wasted my money.

The location was close to dining and shopping!parking was included with the stay at no additional cost. The front desk was very polite and welcoming. Our room was very clean and everything worked well .Breakfast was offered for free which was waffles,eggs and sausages with choice of coffee, apple and orange juice and cereal for the kiddos as well as pastries,bagels and toast . Very satisfied with our stay!

The location is perfect if you're headed to Atlantic City! Everyone from the Front Desk to the room service staff were very friendly. We realized the fridge wasn't working when we checked in less than 15 min they had a technician check it out and resolve ! We loved it here, would definitely choose it again.

This is notnour this time staying at the Ramada an the is the first time we didnt like our stay . We found items in the room there was dry blood on the shower curtain the toliet wasnt flushing right , the whole room looked rushed to be clean but i can say the beds where made up an clean i can say this stay wasnt as great but hopeful next visit will be much better

Staff super friendly, however was not impressed with the facility taking into account the price per night was similar to some other well known chains. Building is very outdated; bathroom and toilet have yellowing around; some bath towels were stained, limiting shampoo, soap & conditioner.

Extremely disappointed
Reservation was not in their system. Had to call Hotels.com to get confirmation number . Took 45 min to check in. They didn’t have the room available that we booked for. Put us in a motel room that smelled and sheets had hair strands on them. We weren’t comfortable at all being there and ended up driving 3 hours home at 2am. Very disappointed and would like to be refunded and comped for future Hotel stay.

Yes we change room like 4 times no hot water, one room very dirty,mold in the room one room smell just like cigarette smoke long hair all over place i had to go out and by my own wash clothes and towels because, i was afraid to use anything in the room

Room and bathroom not up to any standard. F plus.
Check in and went to our room 410. One of the elevators was not working correctly. The doors wouldn't close all the way. We get to our room try to turn on lights in bath room and the lights took several minutes to turn on. The shower head was leaking in the back spraying water on the wall. There was rust and mildew on the ceiling inside and out of shower. The toilet had water leaking from the bottom. Both the tub drain and sink drain were very slow draining.the ceiling over the bed had lint and dust hanging from it. The walls were dirty and marked up.the refrigerator door was hard to open and close.

Terrible experience.
Bedsheets weren’t clean. Walls were dirty and very different from what’s been photographed. Shampoo offered was half used. What’s got me most pissed is the lack of hot water at 4am. It wasn’t like other ppl were using hot water street the same time.

The staff in this hotel are very nice especially the lady in the front desk. The room is ok butbthe bathroom is not really, the sink is clogged, there is mold in the bath tub, the towel in our bathroom have a red stain that looks like blood. One of the pillow case too have blood like stain. The breakfast was also horrible, the sausage was so hard. The one thing we like about this place is that they have microwave in the room which makes it easier for us to heat our food.
