Excellent service front desk was great and the restaurant (the one left of the buffet sign) had literally the best food I ever had like I swear on everything the food was incredible

My room was very nice. What I didn't like is that most of the restaurants don't open until the weekend, so my options were very limited.

The front desk staff were very helpful But the hotel were lacking of staff members. The room we stayed in was alright but it wasn’t really clean specially the bathroom. The food was alright. The hallways had this distinctive odor.

I was placed in a smoking room, I don’t smoke. They had no other rooms available. Someone was fighting in the hall at around 2am. It was a horrible experience. First time I’ve had a horrible night at the golden nugget

The only thing I can complain about is the AC in my room. I could not change the temperature, and we spent the night sweating.

The property is going through upgrades but I was put ina room which was already ipgraded which was nice. For the price I paid compared to other hotels it was definitely worth it. My wife and I enjoyed the spa which was really nice. We had a couples massage and also enjoyed a jacazzi after the massage in the spa. It was a little extra and we enjoyed chocolate and champagne they provided. It was great to reconnect and relax during a weekend staycation. The trip was definitely worth it. The only negative I have is that the parking lot looks old and needs resurfacing.

Honestly I hate to leave bad reviews but I am sharing to help other people make an informed decision. The establishment was not at all user friendly. Hardly any signs to point out how to get luggage, food, or any amenities. We stayed 2 days and no maid service at all when advertised daily. 2 employees knew where and what was going on especially a bellman named Paul. Also a parking attendant did go out of his way for us. Other than those 3 employees the rest of them had no idea what was going on in their departments. 3 trips to the check in desk just to get in our room. An hour and a half to find out how to get our luggage. The price was decent when we booked but with all fees and add ons ended up to be over $400 for 2 days plus a $50 deposit. Heater did not work. Light broken. No microwave. Fan in bathroom didn’t work. I would not recommend.

Great stay! The only complaint is that the doors are loud when guests leave the room bc they are very heavy. But other than that, great stay! Parking pass was clutch!

Great stay! King room on 15th floor was spacious clean and quiet. Super fast checkin. Friendly service at check in and at breakfast today. Enjoyed the bands playing as well. Very happy with my experience and would stay again for sure.

This is the best hotel we stayed at in AC so far. Everything was available and open late. Staff was friendly and helpful. Only complaint is the tv wasn’t working well when we were hanging in the room for awhile, called front desk they said they’d send someone then just hung up and no one ever came..also called room service who was not too helpful and when I called back to order no one ever answered. Otherwise the stay was great!
