Stayed at the Havana Tower and we enjoyed it. The room was clean. We enjoyed the restaurants and casinos. The staff were very nice and helped us navigate throughout the hotel.

Always love coming here , I upgraded to a suit non smoking but I could taste the nicotine on my lips… got an ocean view but windows were too dirty to even enjoy it. Other than that it’s a good please but needs better up keep.

One issue surrounding a front desk staff member, his name was Gary. I asked to switch rooms and he made an attempt to belittle and insult my intelligence for asking this request and there was some back and forth between him and I before my request was honored. Gary’s arrogance was disgusting and unnecessary.

We enjoyed the property and the shower was amazing. I would definitely come back. What was not so great was the ice machine on the 58th floor did not work. Also, what activities are there for children?

The stay was nice. I loved having the restaurants in the hotel we Didnt have to go far for entertainment. The room was dated it needs an update badly. We requested blankets because there wasnt one on the bed. They gave us these flece blankets that looked old and dingy. The water was cold the first night. Overall a good stay the hotel just needs some updates.

There's not enough staff for the front desk, valet and bell services. The wait for the bell hop was over an hour wait just to get your luggage picked up from your room. Very long wait times overall.

Hectic & unorganized. stay was extended using Ivy. We were told to check out and check back in for the additional days when doing so we became locked out of our room and were told we would have to relocate even when the request was to remain in the room as we were with a wheelchair, bound person, and moving would cumbersome. We opted just to end our trip and head home. the Reps NyOsha & Jasmine were helpful but received little support from their supervisor who suggested we travel to & from the front desk w/ a person in a wheelchair to accommodate their inability/willingness to come to the Havana tower

I believe I was billed twice for ONE night…. When i arrived at the front desk yesterday I was told my reservation through Expedia was canceled due to non payment… but I received a confirmation FROM from Expedia stating that I paid weeks ago!!!! So I had no choice but to pay again for the same night being as I was there..then I received this message on how was my stay… please help me to figure this out

Not walkable at all. We stayed in the Chelsea tower, which was very out dated. Valet would have taken an hour so we self parked which was equally bad. Will absolutely never stay in Chelsea tower again. Additionally, paid higher price due to weekend. They need to make an entrance for Chelsea tower from the Casino.

Booked two rooms.. one was ready for early arrival.. other room wasn't ready but they charge you for early arrival on BOTH rooms.. even though room NOT READY UNTIL THE 4pm TIME. That isn't right to do.

Really long wait for elevators. Rooms had to be changed because they smelled like cigarette smoke in the west tower and no pressure in the shower. Staff was nice and helpful, but hard to find. Indoor pool was closed every time we checked on it.

Checking was an absolute disaster. I went in and did the self check out, which was fine but then after paying and going through the whole thing, it said that I have to go to the check in counter. I was then in line for 35 minutes. The workers were beyond slow and not giving attention to the customers in line. We finally get our keys and go up to our room. Our room was dirty and the curtains look liked it had old dried out blood stains. There was also an odor to the room which was not pleasant.
