"We stayed at the Ritz Saturday night after a long day at the aquarium with our 4 and 2 year old daughters. I felt safe here with my children and the employees were very accommodating to them. There was a small kids table in the lobby with crayons and coloring pages. My daughters also got to pick out a stuffy of their choice upon arrival. "The hotel is clean and comfortable despite showing some signs of wear and tear. Every staff member i encountered but one was above and beyond helpful and seemed concerned about me, my group, and our stay. Do not be fooled by the fact that they promote a fancy restaurant. Food is very limited and truthfully, not very good. Mass produced elsewhere and then not prepared with any love on site. Again, the staff is wonderful, the rooms are clean. "

"Nice hotel with excellent staff. A few things lacking include the bath towels which could serve as sand paper or for exfoliation, and the gym which needs to be serviced since the equipment is well worn and squeaky. The staff in the restaurant, valet and at the desk are so friendly and helpful so here’s their shout out. "
