Property currently under EXTENSIVE renovation with no notice from property or Expedia. No breakfast, unannounced charge for parking now, noise, debris and workers everwhere. Have stayed here many times in the past. This was not a good experience. Stay somewhere else until the construction is done!

This property is under construction-which we were aware of. There was no breakfast available which was not unexpected but inconvenient. We stay here because of the location -it is convenient to our family. Hopefully, it will be much improved after the construction & renovation is completed

We didn't realize the property was under construction. The lobby was a temporary structure and the pool was closed. The staff were very friendly, the room was huge and although things were a bit worn, we felt comfortable.

was told upon arrival there was no breakfast provided due to construction. was told the stairwells were closed due to construction (safety issue?!) upon check in, found out there’s another $20/day parking fee. needs some work/remodel/updates. tv service sucked, connection was horrible and cut out every other word. quiet location. The facility was under renovation, didn't find out about breakfast not being served until about 2 days before the stay. Entire Hotel is in need of renovation not just the lobby.

The worst experience with hotel
I would have given no stars if that were an option! We don't usually write reviews after a hotel stay, but I have to this time. Our stay at Residence Inn Atlanta Buckhead was a horrible experience. we received a last-minute email on our arrival informing us that they wouldn't provide breakfast, which was included in our reservation, due to first-floor construction. I find it hard to believe they had no prior planning for such a major construction and only notified their customers one day before their arrival, leaving no room for them to rearrange their plans. When I asked the front desk staff about the breakfast upon arrival, he looked into my eyes without shame and said, 'We have sent you an email already.' I can't believe that someone can run a business like this. I believe they intentionally sent the email late to prevent their customers from making alternative arrangements. The HVAC fan in our room made a huge noise all night long and didn't stop even for a second, even when we set the thermostat to off. We could hardly fall asleep all night, which ruined our itinerary for the next day. the hotel is worn and old, and the elevator is not safe. The control panel has some broken covers, and the elevator sinks every time you enter or exit. Lastly, the staff was rude and unwelcoming when we checked in. I can't believe this hotel is associated with the Marriott standard. Overall, you can tell there is no honesty, and this was the worst experience we have had with hotels.

It was AMAZING!! The room was spectacular. Spacious, clean, comfortable. The only "issue" was there was a deposit despite it says there isn't one. Also no breakfast. I can assume this was due to construction

Almost everything was broken or faulty
They were doing construction/renovations at this location. Maintenance men were walking around during the night for “renovations”. Only 2 elevators for the entire property, no caddies available and they charge $18 for parking only for people to ride through and park without paying. I don’t know it was just extremely uncomfortable and not worth the money they were charging.
