The clerks were friendly, but the housekeeping staff was quite rude. The property is not clean and it is very outdated. Saw bugs in the room and in the lobby on a few occasions during my 3 night stay.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean. White bedspread had stains. Hotel in need of a little general maintenance updating. Outside area needs attention. Bathtub had a constant drip. Air conditioner very loud when it kicks on. Went for breakfast at 8 - no coffee, only toast and waffle as options.

The Hotel needs immediate restoration. Building looks old and dirty, elevator looks dirty and broken, the towel had stain and hair probably from somebody, the sheets also had a orange stain, the carpet was dirty, the hangers were old and rust, bathroom was old with rust and stains. La Quinta are a great hotels but this one should not continue to receive people, rust causes diseases but still you left the room available without a consideration nor safety for the client.
