My daughter caught Scabies from this property beds was nasty and had bed bugs this is by far the worst experience I’ve had at a Hyatt property!

The location was wonderful. I did not like the distance to Hartsdale Airport.

Hotel was booked for double queen beds, when checked in they gave us kind bed. They told us you booked with Expedia double queen didn’t cross over to their system. The hotel was fully booked they had no other rooms available. They couldn’t give us the refund of what we had paid for the queen bed, stating you booked with Expedia call them.

The property was close to restaurants and shopping, so that was convenient. Also, the parking was easily accessible and plentiful. The room was clean, although the wood furniture (especially the bed headboard) had a sticky feel that was kind of off-putting.
There were a few things in the room that, while not completely broken, needed attention- the full-length mirror closet door would not slide open and closed and the shower doors would not stay closed (would slide open about an inch or two). The complimentary breakfast was really bad and we ended up going out to grab breakfast somewhere else each morning.

The property is beginning to show its age, but it is still quite comfortable. I like the proximity to good restaurants and shopping.
Didn’t like having to pay for parking.
