The vending machines took my money without giving any drinks. I was trying to grab water. They don’t provide you with cups or anything in the room, and there was candy in my hotel floor form the previous occupants. I called and asked for late checkout and was rudely told no.

The hotel was clean, but we had a few issues. First off, there were unexpected fees at check-in that caught us off guard. Plus, the bathroom door didn't lock properly, and the pillows were as flat as pancakes, making it hard to get comfy. What's worse, there was no one around to help with check-in or keep an eye on safety at the front door, which was concerning. I would not recommend staying here as I didn’t feel safe and couldn’t sleep the entire night knowing there was no one guarding the hotel.

Check in waw at a kiosk that didnt work. Key cars did not work. Elevator call button was not attached to wall. We did not stay! We canceled our reservation for the 2 night stay and went down the street to the Hampton. DON'T BE FOOLED WITH THE PLAY ON WORDS. This is not a Westin hotel!

I recently stayed at this hotel as a last-minute alternative due to a canceled reservation and a delayed flight that left us searching for accommodation at 4 AM. Unfortunately, the experience was far from satisfactory. The room was uncomfortably cold, a result of windows that did not close properly, allowing frigid air to enter while the outside temperature was between 15-20°F. The bed sheets were stained, and the pillows provided weren’t comfortable at all. Additionally, the sliding door of the shower was misaligned and wouldn't move and close correctly, and the hair dryer in the room was inoperable, which was particularly inconvenient given the cold temperature outside. I had to go outside with wet hair after taking shower in the morning m. This was further compounded by the iron in the room, which had melted plastic on its base that I only noticed after it damaged my pants. The absence of an ironing board also made the task of ironing clothes challenging. Overall, my stay was highly disappointing, marked by discomfort and inconvenience.

The worst check in experience with a screen, the man waiting behind me could hear my entire name, see it on the screen, see what room we were staying in, did not feel secure at all. Walls were super thin and so we could hear the people across the hall very loud and clear for hours at night. Called to complain at 11:30pm and had to call again since they never sent anyone up. The noise continued anyway. The shower door didn’t close all the way, had to wedge some shampoo bottle in it to keep it closed and not spray everywhere. The hairdryer didn’t work either. The lighting is awful, super bright blue cheap lighting throughout the room. The hallways smelled of pot, very gross smell. Forget about what they offer as breakfast either, I called to confirm they had it and spoke with the man in the lobby as well and he said yes we have breakfast, they had a few muffins and apples but no way can that be called breakfast. Extremely disappointed in this stay.
