One the breakfast OJ taste like water and Apple juice taste like a cup of sugar it was terrible two you had to pay 25$ for parking per stay when you already pay 100 and sum to stay at the damn hotel also it was things dirty in room not sanitized and lights broke smh they don’t tell you it’s a cost for parking until you checking in nothing on website inform you of the cost. Also they claim they have a ice machine but it’s just bags of ice in a lil frig freezer and down each hallway stuck to the freezer and you have to beat it out smh so cheap to get ice makers but want a lot of money per night like please upgrade.

My state was OK. The only issue I had was when I got a boot on my car for being instructed to park on mall Lot if there’s an overfill. They failed to tell me that I needed a parking pass better yet. You can’t park there and they have their logo on each post indicating that you can park there. That needs to be handled immediately.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room quality was okay but not what I would expect with the price. Parking garage is convenient but $25/day and only a limited amount of spots with direct access to the elevators. Will probably stay here again if I'm going to be in the area.

Very. Centric, first staff was friendly to receive me, second one to ask about restaurant a bit cut and dry, final one friendly. The remote on my room did not worked could change channels not valume up or down.

The staff members were very friendly and courteous. The room was clean. Construction was going on in the parking lot so there was a bit of noise but it was minimal. Enjoyed my stay here.

property is very nice. Heavy traffic. Parking is in public area and not much safer. breakfast is excellent and it help in morning to eat at the property and get ready for the mission.

First room they put us in the fridge had leaked and carpet was all wet. I didn’t notice until I had unpacked all the bathroom stuff and hung up clothes. Once I got ready for a shower and took my shoes off, it was soaked. We called and they immediately had someone show up with new room key. Next room was on street side and traffic and bar noise kept us up. But what was worse, there is construction on entrance to parking and every time a car enters the parking it hits a big metal ramp sounding like a bomb going off. After an exhausting trip, I’m laying here wondering if I should pack everything up for a 3rd try. As we are in town for a celebration of life service, I really need some sleep to be mentally and physically ready to face the day. But I’m just too tired to pack and unpack and lug everything again. The room is nice, the staff is great but a what sounds like a bomb going off outside your window every few minutes is not acceptable. Kinda wish I would’ve stuck with wet icky carpet.
