This is the first hotel/motel I stayed in my entire life with such a terrible experience, and I can surely say that you can do way better at Days Inn or Red Roof Inn.
I have stayed in so many hotels and motels with business and personal travels yet the experience here was by far the worst in any hotel/motel establishment. Two main issues: Customer service (Front Desk Staff) is not something this place even understands. And room prep is something they do not care.
Here it goes:
I check in and happen to give the wrong card and I said can we cancel and use another card - and the front deck Christine says no. and signs my signature with her finger on the card reader and hits yes. I should report to you guys about this. I did not have a chance to hit cancel because of this. and she says this is just to hold incidentals, I said it does not matter because I gave you my Corp card on my personal trip. She did not give crap. Next, I come to my room, it smells like marijuana or cigarettes similar to that I smelled before. I asked for another room. Another short girl at the front desk says we are all sold out - then a "manager - JoJo" took me to another room and changed it for us. Obviously, you now have two people at the front desk who are careless about customer service. So, my room was changed. I had to go out and come back and realized that there was no shampoo or soap. I asked for it at 8:40pm. I call back after 20 mins; Christine answers and says there is no one here so she cann
