The place is good value for money, located near stadiums and the conference center. Facilities smell of smoke, saw people smoking inside the Dino g area and is 2024. Shouldn’t allow for that, staff were very nice

The staff was amazing! Courteous, friendly, helpful and easily accessible. It is also located behind an amazing restaurant that has been in Atlanta for decades. Having said that, I chose this hotel for location as it is near the AUC center. Being a previous Atlanta resident, I was already familiar with the area and the neighborhood. It is not a luxurious hotel, by any means, and for some the area might be a tad rough. However, it is clean, the staff was great and it was in a perfect location for the college business I brought my daughter to take care of.

Let’s start with some of the staff here are nice because they know they are in a place of work, no smiles or greetings it gives they hate the job, requesting the maintenance man on several occasions and him never showing up blew me, in the bathroom the walls were peeling and bubbling up i’m guessing because of the steam, they never have towels available when you ask everything is always “oh i’ll do it or i’ll bring it up to you” and they literally never do anything they say, there is ALWAYS strands of hair in the bed and sheets and pillows soon as you pull yo cover back you know becky with the good hair stayed here before you! and i feel like they only wash comforters twice a visit or sum cus they be extra dirty as well. There’s a lady here with a gap and a cap on her head i didn’t get her name but she was the nicest i’ve came across and she did a great job. Other than that it isn’t worth the prices they most def need to bump them down the food is okay that’s the only thing nice about the place and the hotel reeks of cigarettes and weed they need stanley steamer in here for these moist dirty carpets as well. Save yall money

Office staff was very friendly, helpful and kind. Hidden fees had me wishing I went ahead and paid for the nicer hotel closer to our venue. Claimed breakfast was provided on booking site but after booking received email about charging $5 each for up to 2 people for breakfast. Not only do you have to pay for breakfast but your whole party can’t partake. Charged $20 for parking Carpet wasn’t flat, it was wrinkled up so much it would trip you. The walls were peeling. The community around the hotel is covered in graffiti, the fast food restaurants are filthy and falling apart.

1st time ever asked to leave a hotel, and told they refunded our money back to expedia; after discussing non-handicap cars in their only 2 handicap parking spots. Which they said they didn't know who owned them, until the police were going to have them towed, then they fot a hold of the owners, who worked nearby. They lied to us ... The tv didn't work, etc.

I never ended up staying at the place. It is not what it look like in person. Not being from the area, I got scared. People outside lingering , area dark. I called and called, no one answered the phone. The Expedia agent also called multiple times. No one answered, but continue to charge me for a four day stay. That I did not even check in at. I had to find myself another hotel a town over for one night. I paid almost for a room from March 14 after 10pm- to March 18th Zero refund , zero care for customers, not one time a rep called me to ask me anything to why I never checked in.

I apologize for the issue. We do not show where Expedia ever attempted to reach out to us to cancel due to that we do have a cancellation policy. Expedia will send us a message for any cancellations and they did not do that. I do apologize.

The location was nice walking distance to a lot of different restaurants and bars. The water took a long time to get hot . When we checked into room we noticed a condom wrapper and condom was in the trash can . It was blood on the carpet . When I bring it to house keeper attention she stated they was in a rush they had a lot of check ins so they probadly missed it but it made me feel like if you missed that wat else could you have missed. Spoke with the manger at the front desk nika and she was very understanding and provided me with a refund but overrall the property and location was great

It was convenient for an early morning meeting near the capitol and reasonably priced. The room was not completely prepared - coffee service was missing sweetners, creamers, stir sticks and the tray to hold the coffee bag. The tv remote was missing. There was conditioner and body moisturizer but no shampoo in the bathroom. The refrigerator was open and not running. The desk clerk told me that the free breakfast was served at 7:30. I said I had to be at a meeting at 7:30. Turned out the breakfast was available at 6:30 on weekdays - so I grabbed a bagel on my way out the door. Overall, disappointing.

It's a bit dated, but that explains why it is much cheaper than many of the nearby alternatives. The important things like comfort and cleanliness were just fine. Staff was kind and courteous. Our room had a few deficiencies that didn't affect the comfort and good value (missing door knob on bathroom door, a burned out bulb in the overhead light, chipped paint, etc.) Some towel hooks would have been nice.

Upon arrival hotel smelled like weed, on the 2nd we noticed the elevator hadn’t been inspected since 2021 a few hours later the elevator started acting up so they removed the inspection sticker. Asked for more towels to take a shower, hotel staff gave up hand towels. The mattress and bedding gave someone traveling with us an extreme rash. While taking a shower the unit above was using there shower and it started leaking on us while we were in the shower. Terrible experience would never stay again.

Rust on all the inside lamps, blankets not clean , slept with a sheet only , shower head was broken and couldn’t move it so basically we had to stand all the way against the wall to be able to get to the stream of water . The outside handle to the side door was broken completely off and they had a note on it to go around yet anyone off the street could just walk inside the building . I was super disappointed on the level of filth and I would not recommend staying here !!!!

First, a couple of days before I arrive, I receive an email from the hotel that breakfast is $5 per person when the Clarion website and Hotels.com all list free breakfast. It was free, but very poorly presented. Out of eggs each time I went down, no bowls, the tables were not clean, and the breakfast area is too small for the number of guests there. In the room, some tiles in the bathroom were broken, one piece was missing and there was black mold behind the missing tile.

Rooms advertised as smoke-free…. Rooms smelled liked tobacco and STONG characteristic skunk smell of marijuana! 😡 Had to go purchase air freshener which still would not cover it up….no clean towels available….convenient to Georgia World Congress Center and Mercedes Benz field… would not recommend or stay here again!
