A Southern Retreat / Cozy Getaway in the heart of Atlanta Sleeps 4

Cozy Southern Retreat in the heart of Atlanta. Very clean, completely remodeled single family home to yourself! You will feel at home in this 2 bedrooms and one bathroom home fully stocked for whatever your needs are. Plenty of linens, blankets, cookware, glassware, etc. Sleeps 4, but the couch does fold out for anyone extra. Driveway fits two or three cars. 2 smart TV's. Whether a business trip or leisure, you are sure to have everything you need to be comfortable in this Southern styled home. Close to everything. You can UBER to everything but this is most suited for those travelers that have a vehicle. Although Marta (bus) does come through the neighborhood (steps away) to take you where you need to go.

Nice Place Near World Congress Center
Nice place, recently remodeled and clean. Neighborhood was decent but lots of peeling out going on nearby but that has nothing to do with the home. That only happened the second night. We enjoyed it for our family of 3.

Enjoyed my vacation at the cottage,the neighborhood was very quiet!! We have no problems checking in when we arrived! It was supplied with all our needs for cooking. Didn’t eat out as much as we planned,because kitchen had everything we need to prepare our meals!! It was such a pleasant experience,sit on deck in morning with my tea and in the evening also! Very nice place to stay, plan to rent again in future!!!😁

I enjoyed my stay. The host was only one text away. I did contact her about the insects and she someone come out and spray the house. Even the maintenance guy was nice and kind. I would definitely rent this property again!!!

To start, Atlanta isn’t the most beautiful or nicest area. The drive to the property is very run down and not very clean. But once you get through that the neighborhood isn’t as bad. And then you pull up to this house that has privacy fences all around it and a one car parking spot behind the privacy fence which was an awesome idea. With this the only suggestion I have is maybe allow us to enter through the side door because it was raining pretty decent when we got there with two kids and much luggage it sucked to have to walk around to the front of the house to enter. We struggled trying to get in because we didn’t read we had to use the front door. But Mrs. Robbie answered very quickly and helped us find our way! I had a few questions during the stay and she was very responsive! Once you get in the house it is absolutely to die for! So clean and decorated so nicely. She had just about everything you might need for your stay! We will definitely be staying with her again if we’re in the area!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. The house was so comfortable, had everything you needed, and the decor was so nice. Rob was very helpful and answered all of her questions in a prompt manner. After a long day at the world, Congress center was nice to be able to come home and have a home-cooked dinner. Everything was in the home. Highly recommend.

This property is fantastic! All furnishings and layout are more impressive in person. Besides all the appliances being new, and the furnishings super cute and functional, this is a first time ever that I have had a terrific bed at a home away stay that wasn’t a hotel. I slept great all three nights and that is no small thing. Robbie was quickly available for any questions before and during the stay. As advertised, this house is just 11-17 mins from most sites of interest. We didn’t hear anything from neighbors at all and we kept to ourselves so all worked out there. Three of us stayed here and we were very comfortable and fully used the kitchen to cook breakfast and a few dinners and we had all we needed. Loved the Keurig and used the washer and dryer. Publix Summerville was a nice, comfortable safe nearby shopping location about 12 minutes away, especially, late evening, and we picked up groceries for meals and snacks. The water pressure in the shower is very good and it gets as hot as you want. The deck was a sweet place to view the sun set. Got a lovely picture there. We appreciated putting our truck behind the fence that we tied shut from the inside. I have stayed at lots of properties and usually they are not clean enough for me and the three of us were pleased with the cleanliness here. The location is in the midst of the neighborhood but it’s a short drive from whatever direction you are headed, to a main road. Would stay again. Recommended!!!!!

BEST VRBO RENTAL EVER!
Our stay was nothing short of phenomenal! From the communication from Robbie herself days before our trip ensuring us all the check in information we needed and a warm welcome to her property. Walking into the home had us feeling right at home, seriously! This rental is highly detailed from all the pots/pans, dishes & utensils to enough towels and linens provided for us. The beds were so comfortable as well which made for the perfect vacation! Thank you so much Robbie! We will definitely be back!

I came in town to go to the commanders game and the house was fantastic and the location was ideal!! It took 10-15 to get everywhere we visited in ATL. The house was very clean and our host Robbie was amazing. We caught an early flight in and she was able to accommodate an early Check in. I would definitely book again!

This house was perfect for myself and 2 kids for our trip to Atlanta. It was our first time to Atlanta and it was an awesome experience. The owner answered all of my many questions before even booking and was extremely helpful!! House was very nice and updated and super clean! VERY well stocked kitchen with all of the needed items. Check in was super easy and anytime I communicated with the owner, she was very quick to respond. Would definitely recommend and will definitely try to rent again if we are back in the area.

This place was a perfect stay for my daughter and I. I was searching for a place close to the Amphitheater that had two bedrooms and this place hit the nail on the head. This house was clean and very comfortable. The house looks like it has been through a re-do and everything was very tastefully done. My daughter slept in the room with the "really cool" fan and now wants one for her room. It is a bit of drive back into the neighborhood but, honestly, that didn't matter because once we left in the morning to explore Atlanta we didn't come back until that evening. I did have concerns about the location, simply because I was not familiar with it. I visit Atlanta every few months and stay either in Downtown or in the Buckhead area. I have never stayed on the south side. I did express concerns with the homeowner and she assured me it was very safe. And it was! Since VRBO has changed in the last few years, I don't always get to speak to a homeowner, it's usually a leasing company. Not so with this place, the homeowner was quick to answer all my questions and made sure I had everything I needed before I even left my house. My daughter is already asking to go back. Thanks again for the perfect stay!

Property is exactly like the pictures!!! Great feature to have a washer and dryer in the home - helped us out when it came time to pack. Robbie thought of everything to make your stay great and allowed us to check in early. Communication was awesome. There is an adequate amount of pots, pans, dishes , etc. our stay was very comfortable. Will definitely consider Jay’s Cottage the next time we are in Atlanta.
