"We had a 3 night stay in downtown Asheville. The hotel was so convenient to downtown and the River Arts District. It was very comfortable and pet friendly. The only thing that will make it better is the completed construction of the pool, pool deck, etc. we will definitely be back!"

"Our stay was great. Our only issue was that housekeeping services didn't start till 9am which meant that we didn't have access to towels and kitchen accessories, etc.till 9:00 am which was a little inconvenient. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay!"

"They should be up front about the extra charges so guest can make a decision and not be blindsided with extra charges"

"Room was decorated nicely. A mirror over the desk would be nice for someone to blow dry or style hair if bathroom is busy. Need softer bath towels!"

"The property is right by an awesome Ingles grocery store and across the street from the outlet mall. Staff was extremely friendly. Room was very clean, big, and had a large mini fridge. The bathroom did not have a lock on the door. The pool is so small it’s basically a bathtub. The parking lot is very small as well."

I didn't see a way to close the curtains at night, and a bright light shone through the gauzy white mid-curtains. I (and most people) sleep better in a darkened room. That was the only problem I had.
