“Very convince”

“Property is as they say. Right on the water. Just take a few stone steps down a hill to a fireplace platform then from there a few more to the lake. The house had everything we needed other then lids for bowls/plastic wrap/baggies for leftover food. But that was poor planning on our part. Rooms were nice and spacious. Only downside to our trip was the tornado that hit the town and we lost electricity for the remainder of our trip. Plus side: there was a large enough closest in basement to fit……

“Overall we really enjoyed our stay at this property. It is an old house with a lot of really fun character; I wish we could have stayed longer and had more time in the house itself. The location, in one sense, cannot be beat - easy walkability to all the Eureka Springs downtown sight. “Quick weekend away with friends. Property was easy to find, good location, comfortable, and clean. The weather was cold and wet, but I’m sure in the summer it’s an even better place to stay.”

It is perfect in all aspects with the decor, the games and supplies. The restaurants around are very good. This place deserves another visit soon. We are very pleased.”

“Clean & Neat a good place to stay”

“Minutes from U of Ark and wonderful experience. Home was immaculate and exactly as described and represented in pictures. Beds were comfortable and having 2 baths is a game changer for the 3 of us. Had small issue with internet connection (our issue, not owner) and response that corrected our mistake was immediate! Highly recommend. Our only disappointment was we had to leave after 1 night!”

“I had several family members from out of town for my son’s graduation and some of them stayed here. We were also able all get together here to celebrate the occasion. Everyone slept well in their comfy beds and we also enjoyed sitting outside on the deck. The fourth bedroom is off the garage which makes it kind of a fun places for older kids.”

“I stayed at Lakeside Haven while visiting the area on a business trip. This house was much more house than I needed but it was just perfect. It was very spacious and probably the cleanest vacation rental I have ever stayed in. The neighborhood is very quiet and beautiful. There is a great firepit area in the yard which I did not get to take advantage of, but if you are a family staying in this house, it is a nice bonus space for making memories. “After a little problem getting in, what a Great and Relaxing stay. The house was exactly as advertised. The bathroom with BIG walk-in shower was fantastic. The bed was the most comfortable we have had at several VRBO location we have stayed. Circular stairs we had to get use to, but really not a problem. The town is a great place to visit with lots of shops and food to pick from. Highly recommend the Rueben at the Ice cream shop across the street and the ice cream too”

“Super clean and nicely decorated older home on an absolutely beautiful landscaped property. The owners went above and beyond to accommodate us during our stay. Tons of wildlife and SO PEACEFUL AND QUIET. Caught lots of fish and took advantage of the covered dock for our boat. We enjoyed our morning coffee on the dock swing watching the geese and herons. Will definitely be back!”
