"We truly enjoyed the downstairs apartment. It was very spacious and clean. Having a washer and dryer was awesome. (Though they are small loads only, and be aware that they washer especially is very loud. So it is hard to hear the TV and/or sleep while it is running.) Another great feature was the hot tub.
