"A wonderful, well run hotel with amazing views and beautiful rooms and facilities. The location has its plusses and minuses. Away from Capri as it is means it’s quieter and away from the crowds too. "The best service I’ve ever had at any 5 star hotel or otherwise. Costanza, Tomasso and the rest of the team were amazing. They treat you like royalty from the moment you step in. Great hotel; slightly out of town
"Great hotel - awesome views, service and pools. Rooms were very spacious and comfortable (we had a family triple) The only criticism is having to pay for water in your room. They should have refillable water which saves wasted bottles. Also, expect to pay €20 to get into town or walk for 20 mins or so. We thought that compromise was worth it for the bigger hotel slightly out of town "
