This is a cute old building to stay in the center if Amsterdam. Unfortunately because it is just above the bar and restaurant you do not get a chance to sleep well. The hotel provides earplugs, still it is a major drawback. Room was super tiny, we had two suitcases and they barely fit in the room. If you are coming for a short city trip, for shopping and partying - it is perfect as you are in the middle of it.

The property has an excellent location and a decent whoer and bed. Room 105 had no bureau or place for clothing to be unpacked and was very dark, making it difficult to use the washbasin. No iron in the room, although one can be borrowed from the manager.

Nice place with nice staff. The floors/ceilings are far too thin, so if you want to sleep past 6:30am, you will be subjected to non-stop noise for the morning, and sleep will be problematic.

This hotel was perfectly located, the room was beautiful. The building is super old and has lots of funky cute details including a very tiny almost leaning staircase. Staff helps with carrying luggage up and down. The room had modern features mixed with beautiful original pieces. We will definately be back.
