"We love Saugatuck and have been many times. There are many great places to eat. Phil’s is a great restaurant! You have to be prepared for a long wait if it’s the weekend . There is also a great steakhouse downtown called Bowdies. Not cheap but very good. And of course there’s the lake. Especially at sunset!"

"This property was so beautiful and perfect for us 8 young adults and two kiddos, a baby and a toddler. We mostly relaxed around the house and on the beach with easy up the stairs access if we needed to run back to grab anything. The deck was huge and shaded with beautiful trees surrounding it. The communication was instant when I had a question. We would definitely book again!"

The cottage itself was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed such as towels, toiletries, kitchen utensils, etc. Kathy was very nice and easy to communicate with. We even extended our trip an extra day that’s how much we loved it here. We will be returning in the future!"

"We hiked at saugatuck dunes state park, went downtown holland, went to tunnel park. Enjoyed some local family. Very nice stay. Loved the location!!!"

"Best things: communication was great with John. Cleanliness: clean place, sheets, plenty towels and updated. Comfort: the beds are comfortable and sofa bed with soft blankets and plenty of pillows. Entertainment: garage so open for card games and gathering, basement has pool table, gathering and foosball, it’s about 20-25min walk to town. I love the walk far enough for. Good walk but not too long. We had friends in the connecting cottages. Highly recommend!"

"This is a plesant cottage grouping with the host living on premises and keeping the landscaping looking very nice. We missed the peak of the tulips, which is why we chose this area to begin with. It was my wifes birthday and she has never seen the beauty of Holands tulips. Early warm and then a storm left everything pretty much destroyed......BUT......we did visit Windmill Island and ordered some tulips for us to enjoy at home......i am digressing......the property, cottage and surrounding area...

"We had a family wedding and it was perfect for having a few of my family members for dinner. It’s comfortable and cozy, yet plenty of room to never feel crowded. Well stocked towels and kitchen utensils. We enjoyed the screened porch. Beach is a short distance away. Definitely going to rent again."

"We absolutely love this place! A perfect house on the lake with a modern pontoon boat. Mike is an excellent host and has the house well equipped with everything you could possibly need! The lake has very good fishing and is also big enough to not get over crowded on the weekends. Probably the best lake we have ever been to!"
