"My wife and I traveled with our 12 and 15 year olds. Had an ocean front room that was literally on the ocean which was beautiful. Food was good overall. Steak house, hibachi and Italian were all good. Standard/Good breakfast Buffett. We ate lunch at the grill that they have by the pool… has burgers, wood fire pizza etc. You can’t make dinner reservations until you get there. We didn’t have any issues getting reservations. small water park was good for our youngest. Great staff, rooms were clean. Basically a new/updated resort. Plenty of chairs at pool and ocean. Life guard on duty which helped keep us safe/redirect to another area when the ocean was rough. There is a general store on-site. There is also a small pharmacy about 2 blocks away that you can walk to (I felt safe) if you need sun block, meds etc. "

"The overall experience was great. One real negative is that the Hilton Cancun had no shuttle service from the airport to the hotel. For a big hotel chain not having this service we were quite dissatisfied. As a result, it cost us $98US from the airport to the hotel which is only a 15 min drive...this is ridiculous and was not a very good start to our vacation after arriving. "

"Beautiful property, very clean with several pools and activities throughout the day. Our kids especially loved the kids pool with water slides. The property was also walking distance to a small ruin site that was fun and informative to walk through. We will definitely be staying here again during future trips to Cancun! "

"This place is fun, the staff is excellent!! I can’t say enough good things about the staff, they work so hard to make you feel good and have a great time. They are friendly and quickly respond to your every need and remember you!! The other guests are also so friendly. We had a great time. As someone with extremely bad knees, I have a congenital disorder so I’ve never known what it means to walk without pain, it’s probably my only complaint. Cancun does not seem to understand what handicapped means. There were no bars in the handicapped bathrooms and stairs everywhere making it extremely painful for me to get to anywhere for anything. But…it was worth it. I’d still go again. "
