Courteous and helpful staff. Property well taken care of. Rooms clean with comfortable beds. Appreciated the 24hr security that monitored the entire area. Would definitely stay here again.

When we checked in, we saw the safe was closed/locked. We called the Front Desk and were told they needed to contact the manager. 2 days later, never fixed. The shower sounded like a tea kettle. So incredibly noisy! Stains on the carpet. We took pictures just in case! We did not like the breakfast. Free so it is what it is. Very noisy. Next to freeway. Parking very tight. Asked for water when checking out. We were told only 1 bottle per guest at check in or you have to pay. They only clean rooms every 2 days. We were not told at checkin. Just a small sticker on the mirror. Supposedly not cleaned for our convenience.
