“Unable to get into front door of condo. Could not reach anyone with Restivo or Expedia. Rundown condition of overall property. Finally found a guard that knew a special way to work the ill functioning lock on the front door to let us in. I was never able to personally open it. It required a lot of strength and manuvering. Instructions to enter building were woefully inadequate. Only because we met another couple who were staying there were we instructed on how to enter and exit the building. ……

“The villa and views are gorgeous. This is basically three large bedrooms with a sitting area. The outdoor kitchen didn't have plates or silverware so you couldn't really make food to eat there. The pool was perfect and we enjoyed the restaurants and cafe nearby. There are a lot of dogs on the property. At least 5 big ones and a few small dogs too. We liked them but sometimes it was overwhelming. Also the sink water was sometimes brown. The hosts were quick to respond and very organized.”
