"The property was very well maintained and it was exactly as I had expected. The host was great at communicating and I liked that all the information was also posted on the door on the inside. We were right near the pool and the porch area was great for people watching/eating/drinking your morning coffee. It was also very quiet. The couch was very comfortable for hanging out or napping. We would book here again if we went back to Isabela."

"A cute older property with views that are calming. Some up dating of kitchen supplies are needed. Needs are comfortable, A/C works great. Beach access is about 5 minute walk and very private and walk is serene."

"The perfect location and apartment for a family! Near quite a few beaches eg. crash boat beach, jobos beach (great for surfers, can be dangerous in some sections), and another we didn't get a chance to go to is survival beach (this one is a hike boots/sneakers required and may not be swimmable depending on time you go). Overall can't wait to visit again!"

"The gated property is well maintained with a nice pool in back, dedicated parking, and is right across the street from a very nice public beach. It is a short walk to the center of town and a short drive to many other things to do and see. Management was very responsive and helpful. The queen bed in the main bedroom was very comfy. The closets are full of beach things. The bunk beds are comfy and good for kids. The balcony is roomy and there is a washer/dryer too."

"So the good! Great location, close to everything, super easy check in and parking. Spacious. Cold AC. Some beach chairs. The bad. Bathrooms, specifically the showers were very dirty. The dryer is broken (doesn’t tumble) so all of our clothes smell like mildew. The kitchen sink is about to come off of the wall. Some beach towels would be a nice touch. Overall positive but this unit definitely needs some TLC and there is a bit of false advertising calling it “beach front”. It’s beach access....

"This place is wonderful! It's in a quiet, gated community, yet close drive to restaurants, bars, and shopping. The views are fabulous. The unit itself is well maintained and was exceptionally clean. The kitchen has quality plates, flatware, pots & pans, better than the average VRBO. Note that there is no dishwasher, if that is a deal-breaker. "I brought my wife to experience the west coast of PR. Our condo was in the perfect location and offered fantastic views. We loved the condo layout , pool and beach in front. I loved hearing the rooster in the morning and Coqui at night so it made a perfect home base for us to come back to after our travels. Great trip and highly recommend the condo. Jennifer was responsive to our questions which made the experience pleasure."
